Shipping policy
Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders to the United States and France.
Delivery: Processing 1–3 business days + delivery 8–11 business days (France) / 10–17 business days (USA). Free tracked shipping.
Where we ship: United States and Metropolitan France only.
Where orders ship from: Our products ship directly from our supplier's warehouse in China.
Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- United States: 10–17 business days
- France: 8–11 business days
These are estimates from our supplier and carrier. Delays can happen, for example during holidays, bad weather or customs checks. We will never show a faster delivery time than the real one.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking information can take a few days to update.
Customs and duties:
- France/EU: VAT on imports is normally collected at checkout by the supplier (AliExpress, IOSS scheme), so there is no extra charge on delivery.
Lost or late orders: If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, or the tracking shows it as lost, email us at louischarline035@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address: Please check your address carefully. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change it. After that, the order may already be sent to the supplier.
