Refund policy

Contact us first: every return or refund request starts with a message through our Contact page (nuvoile.com/pages/contact) with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We handle each return case by case and give you the right return instructions by email.

Change of mind (30 days): You can ask to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tights must be unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging, with labels attached. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong.

Size exchange: The first size exchange is free. Contact us through our Contact page and we will send you the right instructions.

Defective, damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. You won't pay anything: we will send a replacement or a full refund. In most of these cases, we won't ask you to send the item back.

Refunds: Once we approve your request (or receive the returned item, when a return is needed), we refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. If you return the item for a change of mind, the refund covers the product price. Shipping was free, so there is no shipping cost to refund.
