Who we are: This store (Nuvoile) is run by Franck Daryll Fotsing Kamdem, an individual seller, 119 rue Franklin Roosevelt, 93450 L'Île-Saint-Denis, France. He is the data controller. Contact: louischarline035@gmail.com.
Data we collect: your name, email, shipping address and phone number (if you provide it), your order details, and the messages you send us. Payment details are handled by our payment providers; we never see your full card number. Our store platform also collects technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, cookies).
Why we use it:
- To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract)
- To answer your questions (legitimate interest)
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation)
- Marketing emails only if you opt in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with (only what's needed):
- Shopify (store platform, Canada/Ireland/USA)
- DSers and our AliExpress supplier (China), who receive your name, address and phone number to ship your order
- Carriers delivering your parcel
- Payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.)
Some of these are outside the European Union, including China and the USA.
How long we keep it: order data for 10 years (French accounting rules); customer service emails for 3 years after our last contact; marketing data for 3 years after your last interaction.
Your rights (GDPR): access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. Email us to use them. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
US residents: We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies: We use the cookies needed for the store to work. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, through the cookie banner.
