1. Seller. This store (Nuvoile) is operated by Franck Daryll Fotsing Kamdem, an individual seller, 119 rue Franklin Roosevelt, 93450 L'Île-Saint-Denis, France. Email: louischarline035@gmail.com.

2. Scope. These terms apply to all purchases made on this store by customers in the United States and France.

3. Products. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Our tights are fashion thermal hosiery. They are not medical, compression or shaping products.

4. Prices. Prices are shown in USD for the United States and in EUR for France. Shipping is free. We may change our prices at any time, but your order is charged at the price shown when you placed it. We do not use fake "compare-at" prices.

5. Orders and payment. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if the product is unavailable from our supplier, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery: 10–17 business days to the USA and 8–11 days to France. Orders ship from our supplier in China.

7. Returns and refunds. See our Refund Policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Liability. We are not liable for indirect damages or for delays caused by events beyond our control (carriers, customs, force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property. The texts and images on this store are ours or used with permission. Do not copy them without our consent.

10. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by French law. Please contact us first so we can try to find a solution together. EU consumers can also use the consumer mediator listed in our Legal Notice and keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. US customers keep any rights granted by their state's consumer laws.
